Heather's Graduation

My Aunt Heather graduated this weekend from Truman State.  WOOT WOOT, GO BULLDOGS!  Grandma took a few pictures that I will have to get from her so that I can post them.  I got to meet Jordan's parents, Kim and Tim, and Kim loves me.  I mean, who doesn't!  :)  The whole family was together Saturday night for the last time in the Quincy house.  They move in t-2 weeks!

I'm starting to sleep through the night again, it comes and goes.  Mommy is used to my 4am feeding now and wakes up regardless to check on me.  I secretly see her but I fake sleeping just to see her smile :). 

Daddy is better at spoon feeding me than mommy.  Mommy is messy and gets it on my nose, all over my bib and everywhere else.  Daddy is tricky and seems to get the spoon right in my mouth.  I really try to move out of the way, but he's good!  I spit most of it back out, but I guess sooner or later I will start to swallow it.  It's just not as fun as a bottle right now :)

I thought mommy was going to be really upset with me...Everyday she works with me to say "ma ma".  Well, my first words have been "da da", "da de" and "da d".  It's not my fault I figured out the "d" syllable first, it's just so easy.  Mommy actually thinks it's really cute though and every time I say it she gets a little too overexcited.  I humor her frequently now :)

Aunt Jess is coming into town next weekend, YAY!  I'm excited for some Maggie time (and Aunt Jess of course too).
