Daddy was out of town last week in Tennessee so I got to spend a lot of quality time with mommy during the evenings. Since mommy and daddy's anniversary was Wednesday, I gave daddy a call on Tuesday night and reminded him to send flowers to mommy at work. He did and she loved them :) (Daddy, you can thank me later.) Daddy got home on Friday and came and picked me up early from Gma Heikes's house. We had a date night while mommy was out with friends and I enjoyed the one on one time with him. I invited Birton to go with us too since I knew he'd be at home alone since mommy was having dinner with his wife and I know daddy would need some adult interaction (Daddy, you can thank me later.)
I did my first oil change this weekend, went to my first parade (LOVE the firetrucks and the Shriners) and got some very sad news. Gma Heikes got a job. :( I will still get to spend 1 day a week with her.
