Busy Little Girl

I did a lot of stuff this week.  Saturday I helped move Aunt Heather and Jordan apartments.  It was only a couple miles down the road so it wasn't bad.  I got to see Jordan's parents which is always a treat!  We all went out to dinner afterwards and I found out I'm not really a fan of sweet and sour chicken.  But, the mandarin oranges in daddy's salad were amazing!

Sunday I went to a memorial mass for my Great Grandpa Sander.  It was a quaint service for family and it was very nice.

Mommy and Daddy are starting to get ready for the new baby.  Monday night we went shopping and bought  my "big girl" furniture.  Mommy says I won't get kicked out of my crib right away, but I'm expecting next fall to be booted.  Either way, I really like what they got me and my new bedding is super cute too.  Once we get my new room together/finished, I will post pictures :)

Tuesday night and Wednesday night I got to hang out with Grandma and Grandpa Heikes while mommy and daddy ran some errands after work.  I was starting to thing they were my new parents but then mommy took the whole day off on Thursday to spend with me (or I guess it was to go to Papa Joe's retirement party but I really think it was me).

Thursday was Papa Joe's Retirement Party!!!  I really hate to brag, but I am such a cutie.  Papa Joe started addressing the audience and I jumped out of my seat and ran to him.  I could tell he was nervous and needed me by his side.  :)

After the party, mommy, nonna, and Jess's special friend Dan took me to the zoo.  We saw the penguins, sea lions, hippos, elephants and more!

After the zoo I went home to take a nap but mommy woke me up after a couple hours to go out again.  Little did I know, we were going to the Blues game!  My day was so busy!  I had a blast there.  We went with Daddy's coworkers and were in a suite.  I got to run around but my favorite thing was to stand right up in the front on the glass and watch.  The music and lights were so neat!
