Just another week

Mommy and Daddy are busy preparing for the new baby.  It looks like she gets to sleep in my "new" room until I'm big enough for a bed.  This way I don't have to move rooms and the bassinet is small enough to fit in that room even with my big kid bed.  I was excited to upgrade but I'm also excited that I don't need to move all my stuff now.

"She" is moving a lot these days, I point at mommy's belly when she asks me "Where's the baby?"  Every once in awhile I see an elbow stick out and I get excited that she's ready to play.  Mommy keeps reminding me that it'll be awhile before she's ready to play with me, but the time will come.

Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, and Grandpa took me out to party for Cinco de Mayo.  Little did they know, I love Chips and Salsa!  I kept licking the salsa off the chips, it was soooo good!  This shouldn't be a huge surprise as I am my mother's daughter (mommy's favorite snack is chips and salsa).

We celebrated an early Mother's Day with Grandma Heikes since Aunt Emily will be out of town next weekend.  I'm not sure if I have bought anything for mommy yet *cough* daddy you're on that right? *cough*.  :)

I drove over to Fenton today and had lunch with mommy which was so nice!  We got to eat outside and Grandma Heikes and Great Aunt Jo came too.  I think I made her day!
