Emmalyn was able to enjoy a whole day off the bilibed for Christmas. She got to see all of her family and Mommy and Daddy don't recall seeing her little butt ever hit the ground. Somebody is getting spoiled!
Boxing Day was uneventful for the family since no shopping or returning was necessary. The morning started with a trip to St. Anthony's for testing to see what 24 hours without the bilibed did for little Emmalyn. Her numbers fell slightly to 10 mg/dL so Mommy and Daddy are hopeful that her liver is starting to kick in. She has been released from bilibed rest for the time being. She gets to see the pediatrician next week, so more news (hopefully nothing to report) will follow.
