Not that it matters much, but today was projected to be the day that Emmalyn joined the rest of the world. Thankfully, we've had an extra 6 days of her happy little face that we weren't expecting.
Also thankfully, her bilirubin numbers were down again this morning, thanks to the bilibed and, hopefully, some increased processing power in her liver. She's still technically jaundiced at 11 mg/dL, but the doctor is letting her off of the bilibed for 24 hours starting tomorrow morning so we can determine if her liver can handle the load all by itself.
